| 08/05/2025 | VE Beacon | This is in place of our usual Monday Cubs meeting this week as it is the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
We will be learning about VE Day and lighting lamps of peace/mini beacon (earlier given timings)
This event also helps our young people work towards badges:
VE Day occasional badge - all sections
Scouts - local knowledge badge
Creative badge - all sections
Beavers - faith activity badge
For beavers and cubs that attend please can we ask that they attend with an adult - we will not be able to have beavers or cubs without their adult
Beavers and cubs with their adult can leave the event when they wish
